Non-Dairy Smooothie  |  Mango Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie  | Kukskitchen


Smoothies are the best way to kick start your day. They fill you up and make you feel fuller for longer especially due to the water content in them. Add all that you need, your five-a-day, your protein (use almond flour or almond milk), and your iron (kale, spinach etc) anything at all can be added to your smoothie. The smoothe below is a non-dairy version using fruit juice and banana as the base. Freeze your fruit or buy ready frozen fruit for ease.

Non-Dairy Smoothie

Serves 2
 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 

Ingredients:

Banana -1 
Mango, Kiwi, Pineapple - 500g, frozen
Apple-Raspberry Juice - 1 cup (or more)

Method:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add more juice if you like your smoothie light.
