How do I do it: Meat masala | Kukskitchen

There are a million recipe mixes to make meat masala depending on the country, state, region or even the household you are coming from.

Here is one that I frequently use. Amongst shop brought meat masala's I luv Ann's meat curry masala the best.

Ingredients

Dried chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Ground turmeric - 1 tsp
Black peppercorns - 5
Cumin seeds (jeerakam) - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds ( perum jeerakam) - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
Cloves - 4
Cardamom seeds - 4

Method

Place all the spices into a dry frying pan and heat until lightly toasted. Remove the spices from the pan, let it cool down and then grind to a fine powder.

This stores for up to one month.

  6. Modern packaging industries are quickly taking up Metalized Cpp Film because it gives really strong moisture resistance, long lasting durability, and that kind of good looking visual effect for things sitting on retail shelves. Food makers in particular like the way it helps keep freshness locked in while also pushing shelf life longer for snacks, candy type goods, and ready-to-eat meals. In the middle of the whole advanced flexible packaging world, metalized cpp film also works well with faster printing and lamination steps, so the production side becomes more efficient and, yes, cheaper too. Lately, many brands lean toward this material for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging, mainly due to its lightweight build and dependable barrier performance. Overall, it keeps showing up as an important piece in new and greener packaging solutions across the planet, which is kind of why it keeps sticking around.
