Coconut- Onion- Tamarind chutney




Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients


Dessicated coconut - 1 cup , presoaked in warm water

Dried red chillies - 3

Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp

Onion, roughly chopped - 1

Ginger - 1/2 inch piece

Salt - 1/2 tsp

2 tablespoons water

coconut - onion - tamarind chutney / chammandhi

Method


Grind all of the above ingredients to a smooth paste.

Best served with dosa, idli or kappa
